In the past it was possible to include readings that were in-copyright with an author or rights holder other than Broadview Press (we collected additional royalties for these readings that were distributed to the author or rights holder via a collective licensing agreement). Unfortunately, there has been a change to the terms of this license, and we are no longer able to clear rights that allow for the inclusion of in-copyright readings in our custom texts. If you have any questions about this new policy, or if you would like to inquire about the eligibility of particular readings, please contact our Custom Text Administrator (custom@broadviewpress.com).
