Animals: A Broadview Anthology of British Literature Themed Custom Text

Broadview anthologies include many readings suitable for courses focused on the representation of animals in literature. If you are teaching a course in this area, we invite you to pick and choose among the available readings to assemble a custom text that suits your course needs.

Please note: This list is meant to provide options for instructors assembling custom texts, and it is not intended to be used in its entirety. 

Selections from other Broadview books can also be added to your custom text. This includes material from other Broadview anthologies, as well as selections from any of our more than 400 stand-alone editions, from The Island of Dr. Moreau to Black Beauty, and from The History of Pompey the Little to Beautiful Joe.
